Working Meeting of the MOLCAR Project Consortium at EPFL, Lausanne (16–19 December 2025)
On 16–19 December 2025, as part of the implementation of the MOLCAR project, representatives of the Polish project partners – Warsaw University of Technology and Fuel Cell Poland – visited Lausanne at the invitation of the Swiss partner, École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), to participate in a consortium working meeting.
The first day of the meeting was devoted to the presentation of the project structure, a review of progress in the implementation of work packages (WP1–WP2), research plans within WP1–WP6, as well as administrative procedures. The agenda also included discussion sessions, a brainstorming workshop, and a visit to EPFL laboratories, providing insight into the EPFL’s research infrastructure.
On the second day, a meeting of the Steering Committee was held, during which issues related to project management, collaboration rules between partners, formal regulations, and the next steps of project implementation were discussed.
The meeting constituted an important milestone in the development of research collaboration within the consortium. The originally defined project objectives were confirmed, and necessary adjustments to the project implementation schedule were agreed upon to better align with current research needs.
